Situated among Bangkok’s fashion outlets and street markets in the Pratunam area, Khurana Inn offers an on-site restaurant and bar, and comfortable rooms with minibar and complimentary Tea/Coffee. Just a 1-minute walk from Baiyoke Tower and Pratunam Market, the hotel is a 5-minute walk to Platinum Fashion Mall. Phaya Thai BTS Skytrain Station is about 1,500 m away. Parking is free. The air-conditioned rooms include private balconies, some with views of the Pratunam Market. All are equipped with flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
our hotel room had a a hidden camera in their old aircon vent. We tried raising this concern to agoda but no one helped nor refunded us. They said this hotel denied it despite us providing videos and photos. We calmly left the hotel once it was bright outside for our safety because we were so scared (all the staff were men). The male receptionist that morning tried asking us why are we suddenly leaving with a smirk on his face.
If I can only leave -5 star here, I would. There is a spy camera in our room, had to change hotels, but didn’t get refunded despite us providing evidences.
This hotel is all about its location only. It is situated in the best distance from pratunam market. Baiyoke sky hotel – the second tallest building is at a minute’s distance. The room service is very poor. We changed our room three times. The telephone didn’t work. There was issue with cooling of the AC and warm water in shower was hardly available.
I am glad we only stayed for two days because it was intolerable. The staff didn’t guide us well with the city tours. Not worth staying here.
